- Lira
I was bringing this horse back into work in the beginning of the season and she did not seem to be quite right. I gave her a healing and a couple of days later she seemed much more willing to come back in to work. When her owner came down to ride her he was amazed at the difference. The previous year he was going to sell her but she was so cold backed that she could not pass the vet. This year he got on her and had no trouble at all.
- A chestnut mare
Suffered from broken pelvis. She was tied up in her stable for two months so that the bone had time to heal. She developed pockets of fluid in her legs from not being able to move. I did several crystal healings for, and massaged her legs almost every day to get the fluid moving in them. When she was cleared by the vet, I brought her slowly back into work. She played polo the following season, and has remained sound.
- Kitty
Had colic and was under the care of the vet for 11 days by the time I worked on her. She was beyond surgery and about to be put down. I did a crystal healing for her. Later that evening she started to eat and then had a bowel movements later that evening. Although initially weak from the illness, she recovered very well.
- Prince
The owner of this horse was having trouble getting along with him. After having him unsuccessfully schooled by two different professional polo players, the horse was retired because he was dangerous. I purchased him. When my farrier came to shoe him for the first time he told me that he knew this horses history and that I should send him back, he was known to be insane. Over the 3 weeks that I was bringing him back into fitness, I gave him just a few healings before playing arena chukkas on him. He has been absolutely fabulous to play indoors and out. within months he was bing ridden by a 12 year old girl. the following summer he was played by a 2 goal, 3goal, and 5 goal professional. Eventually at the age of 18 he was re-homed and is a farm pony that both children and adults ride.
- Danny
spooked and slipped while walking across a bridleway bridge, his two left legs were hanging off and his right ones were underneath him, the metal railings prevented him from falling into a river. He managed to climb out having suffered a severe cut going up his left leg, and was quite sore in his sacro iliac joint. He received healing while awaiting vets arrival, and in the weeks following. After being treated by the vet and recieveing stitches, he received two sessions of physio therapy. The therapist was impressed by the progress that he made in the two weeks between appointments. Two years later she came on a maintance check of a group of horses and told me how much she was surprised by his case. In her experience, she felt at the initial consultation that the horse would be a write off. He is doing very well and has been sound, and playing polo since about 3 months after his accident.
- Spirit
is a healthy pony that had been in and out of work for years from the time that he was broken. He would work for a bit and then buck off his rider in a violent way. He then would end up in the field being turned out for several months at a time. When his owner brought in a new trainer I joined them to help in the process. Because of his size it was very difficult to stay on if he bucked, ( a larger bucking horse is much easier to stay on), we needed to take a different approach. Both the owner and the horse received healing, 4 in a period of about 2 months. The pony made better progress with his trainer, and he is now working happily again. His owner is able to ride and enjoy him. As a result of receiving healing she felt that the emotional blockage was cleared which was preventing her from being able to ride her horse. The trainer is continuing to make progress with the pony and his owner is able to enjoy riding him.
- Katherine
Recieved one healing because she would not put any weight on her left hind leg, and her owner could not figure out why she was lame. She was keeping an eye on it for a couple of days to see if she needed to call the vet. There was no obvious trauma, swelling, or heat in there so it was difficult to see what was bothering her. She was in the stables next to mine, and I gave her a quick healing. Durring the healing she put her foot on the floor and put weight on it. After I was finished she walked away and was not lame. (this was not a replacement for vetrinary care, and as always if there is a problem the vet should be consulted first.) Luckily this was a situation in which she did not need to see the vet, because the problem did not come back.
- Ungera
Was a beautiful black horse who suffered from extremely severe laminitus. They tried to save her, but the bones came through the bottom of of her feet and she had to be put down. She recieved healing to ease her suffering, and help her make the transition in peace.
- Alfie
Alfie was an x-race horse who had passed through many homes in a short time, and had a terrible habbit of weaving. The healings would calm down his weaving for a period of time, and he was happier when being ridden. Unfortunately being stabled day and night with once weekly turn out was too stressful for him and he returned to the weaving. He went in to a filed for a rest for several months, and remaining with the same owner, returned to work as a school horse and seems quite happy in his job.
- Chilli Pepper
Is an ex polo pony who could only be ridden for about 2 and 1/2 minutes before becoming extremely stressed, when she came to me. She responded very well to healing and would improve with each one, eventually being calm and relaxed to be ridden for half an hour at a time, and go in to the woods hacking. She had eight healings and her confidence improved significantly. She was able to be re-homed as family pony.
